sl pear nose, crisp acid, great texture, grows, becomes more assertive and lingers, chewy finish
Brilliant yellow/green reflections. Reduction on the nose - in a pleasant way, struck match, smoke, toasted cashew. Nice tension to the palate, delicate white florals, nacho pear, white peach. Blanched almond, cashew nut. Nice nervy energy to the wine. Fresh bread dough, lees, smoke - all quite compact and concentrated here. Good
Savoury aromatic with pleant spice - ginger, little biscuity. Nice balance if a touch drying. medium length.
Nose is vegetal, corn, grass and a subtle baked spice character. Palate is full and generous, weighty and long. Acid is a bit pointy on the finish,
