fragrant, savoury, pear, saline, taut acid and length, fragrant and juicy

fresh pithy, crushed seed, talc, bit of flint, bath salts, thyme. fuller mouth feel, but savoury and dried herbs. Subtle less play on nose. Succulence. Fruit sugars are integrated, phenolics layered and great saline textural finish.

Bright lemony straw. Slightly flattish nose, seems paddy (recently filtered perhaps). Palate is reasonably taut in terms of acid, and not a lot of fruit showing so I think it may be recently bottled and so hard to judge. Free SO2 wateriness (which isn't wateriness).

Pretty nose, grandmas talc, rose, lychee. Palate makes me salivate. Sherbert acid and fine chalky texture. the texture is lovely. delicious
