Judge 2	Light straw. Tightly wound. Herbal, green note. Nashi pear. Lacking and neutral
Judge 3	very shay apart from reduction and yeast aromas. Some cloying fruit /sugar.
Associate Judge	So pretty on the nose, talc, rose, jelly bean, musk lolly. There is a mid palate sweetness and the finish is talcy and slightly pithy. I am not sure if it is varietally correct but it is a delicous drink
