Judge 1	Firm, smoky. Deep savoury notes on the palate with prominent structure and nutty oxidation notes. Slow to unfold.
Judge 2	Warm straw. Nose of heavy antique rosepetals, the varietal headiness, bit of stone fruit kernel. Palate soft, rounded, correctly broad. Like eating a fully opened rose. A touch full on but definitely varietal. .
Judge 3	Pale gold. Macerated rose petal, spice - heady, quite exotic nose. Textural with oily mouthfeel, savoury steely frame, finishes with citrus acidity. Lots of typicity.
