Pale amber. Marmalade nose. Spicy raisin flavours with a rich, oily texture and a note of volatility on the palate. Sweet pork fat envelopes the finish. Good concentration and ripe. A touch of heat here on the back.

|
Warm light topaz colour. Nose smells like botrytis and wax, bit of pickliness. Wine is interesting in an honestly rather volatile way. I would like this with a plate of house made pickles.

Pale amber, botrytis marmalade nose, rich and cloying, no freshness.
