Buttered popcorn, toast and citrus, this is an odd shape - lacks drive and definition even if it offers some interesting flavour.
Very forward jackfruit/durian aroma. Botrytis here - saffron, dank mushroom, honey. Fruit is a bit oxidised too General freshness is missing
Wet rocks and flint. Very nice phenolic and dryness on the palate. Pithy and refresing with length.
Kiwi skin, tangy grapefruit, white florals. Savoury - herby palate. Nice framing of phenolics, strong acid line. Tangy greek yoghurty lees work - texture building.
