Judge 1	light straw. Nose is soft herbs and white strawberry top, some kiwi and pineapple tropical fruits. Palate is light to medium weighted, round-ish, medium acidity. Some zestiness there, but a touch watery/ dilute perhaps.
Judge 2	Pale gold, heady blossom aromas, some funky reductive notes - palate with ripe stone fruit but still with that savoury funky/ cheesy note apparent.
Judge 3	Smoky with light lemon notes. Grainy texture with fair balancing acidity before the smokiness takes over on the palate.
Associate Judge	pear, gala apple, ginger spice, bark resin, juniper, tonic. crunchy and quinine edged.
