Judge 1	Subtle aromas. The palate is more expressive with apricot blossom, lime leaf with crystallised lemon notes before moving to pithy flavours on the lightly honeyed finish.
Judge 2	Pale straw colour. Nose has a fresh cashew creaminess to it, some leoes work evident, perhaps old oak. Pleasant if a little richer. Palate is quite sweetly fruited and ripe, pulls a bit of oak out on the palate giving a banana ester ripeness. A touch simple perhaps.
Judge 3	Medium lemon with bright lemon blossom aromas, green almond - palate supple & textural, some savoury flint reduction to balance fruit. Steely acid finish.
