Judge 1	Complex floral and bitter cherry with savoury undertones. The palate is broad with integrated, dusty, amaro tannins finishing on cinnamon, backed by tart cherry acidity. Good food wine.
Judge 2	Lighter cherry hue. Strangely phenolic nose. Like stewed plum and plaster. Palate has a pinosity to it and almost a guaiacol character shortening it.
Judge 3	Clovey patchouli/ sandalwood oak, stalky herbal notes over cherry compote - palate restrained, good furry tannins, amaro bitterness to finsh.
Associate Judge	game, saddle soap, dried red currant. porcini mushroom, green stalks, fruit falling away, has great structure and savoury characters otherwise
