Judge 1	Medium lemon, toasty maybe from time and oak; suggestion of vanilla too. Palate is supple, Some grip and zest. Holds interest; suggestion of oak on finish with flavour and acid persistence. 2nd look: intemsity?
Judge 2	darker colour. toasty matchstick, clove, baking spices, oak. Creaminess, some nougat. Ripe peach, cashew, smoke, bacon fat. Acids remain upfront, perhaps not quite driving it home - losing a little freshness on the finish. Pretty solid through.
Judge 3	Some ripe, fruity aromas. Quince, banana, yeast. Palate is a little bulbous in the middle and finishing a touch sweet.
Associate Judge	Greener edge, goats cheese lees, solid peach fuzz, bitter almond skin. Interesting wine.
