Judge 1	Dark berries, plum, clove and tobacco, build and intensity, interplay of tannin and fresh but ripe forest berries.
Judge 2	med+ ruby. Vanilla oak, sweet baking spices. Balck cherry, has some crunch, as well as concentration. creamy, rounded palate, oak tannin quite present too. Pretty well made, although a bit elbows and knees currently...
Judge 3	Deep plum aroma, some aged charecter - leather / varnish. nice balance on the palate. Drying tannins are a touch masking fruit. Pleasantly bitter finish.
Associate Judge	Amaro, orange rind, blood plum. Herbal, length in fruit, welcomed fruit sweetness to balance savoury framed tannins.
