Three fuller-textured expressions of PB generally without the excessive reduction that can hinder this variety. Oldest wine has rich texture with ample fruit and flavour intensity and salivating acidity, whilst middle wine is similarly styled with a more tropical fruit profile. Youngest wine is still a little estery, here the reduction is a touch weedy on the palate

consistent style across the bracket. acidity carried the older wines well
Nice wines with aspects of commonality but older vintages lacking the intensity to prove distinction, coming off a little simple and dilute, losing the attention-grabbing completless of grip, spice and flavour of the youngest.
Fresh, slightly neutral with sweet banana, apple, herb and almond in the youngest, gentle texture. 2021 still relatively youthful with good freshness and some tertiary just showing with savoury elements on the nose and palate. A hint of sourness peeking through. 2015 at its peak in full glory; lovely texture having gone nearly creamy; integrated and with excellent acidity. Smartly made, complex and long. Steadily blooming across the set with good restraint overall and graceful evolution.

Really tight bracket, evolution minimal, fruit flavour, acid and texture seamless throught all three
