Herbal, brett? faecal? chewy tannin, sappy
Med+ Ruby, bit cloudy too. VA, a bit of brett... saddle, maraschino cherry, candy violet. Brett sticks out a bit on the palate.
Intense and deep aroma, some VA but not out of place. Sweet / sour on the palate. Almost a dried grape style. Handled well, little dried out from oak / lacking poise.
Stewed. A slight dank barrel character on the nose. Is this wine oxidised? or old?
