Hazy amber. Caramel and orange with baking spices. A note of volatility right across the palate in a low-intervention style. Good concentration of dried fruit, raisin, apricot with notable tannic structure and a bit of heat on the back.

A quite dark topaz colour. Standout in the lineup for darkness. Nose is very cidery and volatile, but in a natural wine interesting way. Pickled quince. The volatility is high enough that I struggle to think of a dining or bar context where I would enjoy it with xxx foods or snacks, so I can't give it much of a score.

Cloudy medium amber in colour, nose of VA and dried apricot, marmalade peel, savoury, steely, chalky - brett appears on the palate. Finishes dry, tannic, farmyardy
