deep dark brown with a golden hue, molasses aromas, aged, complex, unctuous, sweet caramel, syrupy with great persistence of flavour

hot on the nose. real umami, burnt toast caramel note. roast parsnip, dried herbs. palate heated spice. almost chilli like. fades off the palate quickly, with glycerol notes lingering.

med brown colour, light yellow edge. burnt leather, smoked meat, very tertiary with med plus intensity. good intensity of leather and smoked meat followed with a whack of caramel sweetness. very sweet, but the tertiary characters balance out.

Deep amber brown in colour with lifted aromas of caramel and concentrated marmalade with subtle butterscotch. The palate is rich and complex with notes of fruitcake, malt and butterscotch with a wonderful freshness.
