darker colour, cloudy, skins fermented? Quite gritty, chewy, then softens and flows

deep gold. Green olive brine, sea water, preserved lemon and woodsy herbs. pineapple juice. Great crunch, fine and layered phenolics, good length, plenty of interest and freshness. Love the native rosemary through line and acidity in check..

Mid golden straw colour, unfiltered light haze suggesting some skin contact. Aromatically leans to fresh warm hay, baked apple and pastry. All clean. Palate has nice pitch, heft and tannin from the skin contact is very well handled. This wine suggests Pec is a good variety for doing skin contact with. This is a good wine. I can imagine smashing a burrata with a glass of this.

Canned corn, mulch, onion. I find the nose very intriguing but can't quite get past the very subtle mouldy paper character. Palate is full and generous and quite silky but then there is acid and a nice phenolic grip.
