Hint of dessication to the concentrated, ripe fruit. Rich oak over everything. Good length. Tannins well integrated, persistent finish. Savoury and spice complexity emerging on the back
Mid plum maroon. Nose has a fair bit of menthol euc. Plenty of rich berry fruits to carry it though, so it melds allright. Charming and sweetly-fruited palate.
Reductive smoky notes, black cherry forest gateau sweetness - palate cedary bitterness.
