Judge 1	green apple and quince aromas, quite textured with very crisp acidity, nice phenolic grip to finish. needs food
Judge 2	lemon, peach, nectarine skin, delicate but increasingly expressive nose, smooth stone fruit palate with good length of defined fruit. restrained but flavourful with enough refreshing acidity
Judge 3	bit sweaty and cheesy. fruit sweetness jars, and tannins astringent. drying finish. can see where they are going with this (and I like that direction)just not hit the mark.
