Nutty development on the nose. The palate has elegant, mid-weight violet and purple fruit which sits perfumed across the middle. Notable tannins, but rounded and restrained, overall. Long, perfumed finish.
Inky dark maroon. Really punchy almost formic acid black fruits. Some cheese dust reduction. A bit full on anyway. Punchy powerful thrust on the palate, but a bit on the big side.
Smoky oak, savoury bitter coffee notes on nose, palate sweet RS, lacking acidity, concentrated. Lacking balance.
