fragrant, chalky, chewy, really interesting phenolics and lingering waxy, flavour and length
sea sand, slight olive brine freshness and lemon skin. In the savoury realm but a nice sherbet lift. great texture, creamy + crunch, and mid palate volume. Pillowy florals, shapley and good length.

Warm deeper straw colour, not brilliantly clarified, perhaps a few days of skin contact in play here. Nose shows a mellowness and fullsomeness, still some of the florals and yellow apple and cashew meat thing but more fullsome. Palate showing some power and heft, nice tang and flow. Slightly tinny finish but still quite refreshing.

Dried apricot. Blossom, Sulphur, generous weight to palate which is balanced nicely with phenolic and acid. Nice wine once sulphur blew off a little
