Judge 1	fresh, bright, red cherry, touch of aniseed, med weight, nice texture with some oak sweetness, good length
Judge 2	dried florals, limestone, sour cherr. sweetness of fruit on palate. red berried, supply nice spice and slurpable. succulent and waves of flavour long after finish. Could be just a touch simple but delicious factor makes up for it.
