Deep crimson. A nose dominated by horse saddle and meaty notes, which has also suppressed much of the fruit. Rather astringent tannic finish. Back to the drawing board |
good colour; reductive, dark red sweet fruit spice and aromatics, grippy tannins - great palate but too reductive-stinky on the nose H2s |
H2S. Red/blue-fruited palate, simple, maybe drying out, but nose lets it down. |
