Deep, impenetrable crimson. a little upfront in its oak and sweet, stewed fruit, and with tart acidity on a sweet dry oak palate. Less would have been more.
dark red good colour; intriguing nose of ripe fruit-acidic fruit; sagrantino essence full-bodied, sweet-sour yet refreshing
Sweet oak (sandalwood), herbal notes, charry, mocha. Sweet palate of blue fruits and well-balanced tannin/acid. Together, tho oak strong.
intriguing talc/blackberry/sweet grapey nose, too perfumed? Fruity palate, hard/green? missing savoury elements, fine tannin
