Judge 1	lacklustre dark ruby. a little reductive and grubby on the nose. Sweet fruit with just a bit of lift and bright acidity. ends a litte sweet but there is succulence too

Judge 3	graphite, some H2S, woody thyme. Palate smooth with red/bluefruits, eastern spice (anise/cinna). tannins firm, but all in bal. OK
