Judge 2	Stewy cold black tea, massive extraction and density on the palate. Most tannic wine so far.
Judge 3	Concentrated ruby with orange tinge. quite precise ripe, cherry and baking spice nose with a hint of iron. Fluid and juicy and a little astringent. Could do with a little more concentration but potential it has!
