Judge 1	Concentrated ruby. sweet and a touch reductive and with hint of fresh mint and spice. Quite a mouthful of very ripe fruit and just a hit of acidity and stalky tannins at the very end.
Judge 2	Good colour; balanced acidity but touch dilute
Judge 3	lifted, but dense nose. Some butterscotch, graphite, and lemon/sage wildness. Smooth, tannins resolved, acid in check. good.
Associate Judge	morello cherry, candied peel, juicy, nice herbal notes, good intensity, acid tannin persistent. Pretty serious
