Judge 2	A bit musty at first but blows off. Chewy, supple, can that be so? Needs a spark of interest.
Judge 3	Pale mature ruby with bricky rim. Nonna's cassetta. Really balsamic and not immediately fruity on the palate. Lacks a little joy and could be drying out
