Judge 2	Spicy camphor notes, chewy, earthy, plenty of concentration, depth
Judge 3	Deep ruby with orange tinges. Minty nose that is miles off from Nebbiolo. Same minty bright fruit. Less would have been certainly more as the raw material looks sound.
