bright, some slight confection cordial, campari, ruby grapefruit, chalky tannin, fruit burst in the mouth |
Plummy earthy nose, restrained, palate is dense and concentrated, needs time and food but good promise |
Dark, maturing ruby. Sweet sour cherry and hint of herb liqueur. Sweet dried fruit palate wrapping up the muscular tannins. Not super complex but pretty genuine and probably at its peak now. |
rich fruit characters, generous fruit on palate, oak too much? drying, but more savouriness please |
