Judge 1	Nice colour showing a little development and some barrel age. Slight dried fruit and a savoury edge on the nose and palate.
Judge 2	Dark plum and prune, dark cocoa. Bright acid jars a little. Powdery fruit tannins.
Judge 3	Microbial challenges. Palate shows vibrancy though will fade with time. Chalky tannins support the notion.
