Judge 1	Great colour and hue. Nice varietal lift and fruit punch on the nose with spicy plum and cloves and graphite. Simple palate with good weight and length with a simple acid finish.
Judge 2	Aromatic, lively and exotic. Sandalwood, red liquorice, warm spice. Fine, grippy tannin to balance generous fruit. Med acid just in check, m+ acid.
Judge 3	Pretty red-fruited lift. Oak frames a rhubarb and raspberry acidity. Slightly bogged down in oak.
Associate Judge	attractive violets/blue fruits, touch of CO2, attractive red fruits, dry herb complexity, bright acidity, light bodied.
